ill for a week..

So i had the flu last week… and still do not feel right. Not going back fully on my exercise regime but I am going back on my diet plan.

This does not mean I am going to lay in bed all day! I am still going to do my normal daily tasks but take everything slow…..

I hate being ill :(

I finally feel better. Started day off with veggie omelette and now on the exercise bike. I have hated being lazy :(

big set back

Feeling totally rubbish. Ear and throat infection with a fever. Taking a few days out of my exercise regime. Being lapse with food too.

About to have a yummy jacket potato with salad. Hopefully next week I can get back on track. I just know I can’t push myself as I will get worse.
